This decadent entrée can be the prelude to dinner or enjoyed with a range of other Dining At Home items for an amazing spread with drinks. Serves 2.
Ingredients:
Duck liver, bacon, onion, orange zest, green peppercorn, salt, butter, cream, port wine, brandy, garlic, vegetable oil
Instructions:
Brioche can be placed in toaster or on grill to warm, toast & lightly colour.
Remove pate. Lift out using paper provided. Place on plate or board with toasted brioche
Serve at room temperature
