TARTE TATIN Apples, sugar, lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg, puff pastry (flour, butter)
Preheat oven to 200 degs
Take out of the fridge, remove lids & place on a baking tray.
Place into the hot oven and cook for 20 minutes or until pastry is dark golden in colour.
Remove from the oven and rest for 3-5 minutes, no more.
Place bowl or small plate on top of the tart so the pastry meets the plate.
Grab the rim of the foil tin with your fingers & your thumbs on the base of the plate. Now swiftly but carefully turn the tart over so it sits on the plate.
Carefully lift off the foil tray, as it will still be hot!
Et voila!!! Masterpiece!
