Grilled Half Shell Scallops 1 Dozen, Garlic & Herb Butter


Served in the shell and ready for grilling our premium scallops are covered in a fragrant butter blended with garlic and herb crumbs

Scallops, garlic, lemon, dill, parsley, butter, olive oil, salt, sourdough, chilli

Turn your grill on to high (220 deg) & let warm up.

Place tray of scallops under the grill 2nd rack down for about 5-6 minutes. You don’t want to overcook the scallops but do want to bring the butter to a sizzle and crumbs are golden.

When the scallops become white & firm to the touch, they are ready.

Transfer to serving platter or divide onto individual plates. Enjoy .
