Served in the shell and ready for grilling, our premium scallops are covered in a fragrant butter blended with garlic and herb crumbs
Ingredients:
Scallops, garlic, lemon, dill, parsley, butter, olive oil, salt, sour dough, chilli
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to high heat setting (220 deg)
Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Transfer & place scallops flat on the oven tray.
Place tray under the grill, 2nd rack down from the top for about 5-6 minutes.
You don’t want to overcook the scallops but do want to bring the butter to a sizzle and crumbs are golden.
When the scallops become white & firm to the touch, they are ready.
Transfer to serving platter or divide onto individual plates. Enjoy .
