POACHED PEAR CRUMBLE Packham pear, vanilla, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, self-raising flour, butter, caster sugar, brown sugar
VESSEL CUSTARD Egg yolks, sugar, cream, vanilla

Instructions:
Remove custard from fridge.
Preheat oven to 200 degs
Remove lid and warm the crumble in the oven for 30 minutes until bubbling
Plate up & add custard
