Spinach and Fetta Spanakopitas

A handmade filo pillow of goodness !! Bursting with flavour from the fresh herbs & packed with chopped spinach & oozy creamy feta, one just won't be enough (4 per serve)

Ingredients:
SPINACH & FETA SPANAKOPITA (V) Silverbeet, English spinach, feta cheese, spring onion, dill, parsley, egg, fresh cream, olive oil, filo pastry, butter

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degs
Remove triangles from packaging
Place on a baking tray on greaseproof paper and into the hot oven for 12-15 minutes until the pastry looks gold and crispy
Remove and let rest for 3-4 minutes
Place onto dish or food board of your choice
You can reuse our paper as a decorative underliner

Note: Contents will be steaming hot!
