When is the cut off for delivery?

Order Cut-off: Tuesday midday cut off for Friday delivery
Delivery: Friday between 9am- 5pm 

OR Pick Up: from VESSEL on Friday between 10.00am-2.00pm

Storage?
Our Dining At Home boxes are well insulated but for optimal enjoyment, we suggest items be refrigerated within 3 hours of receiving your box & the meals consumed within 48 hours to ensure best eating quality and safety.


What is the delivery Fee?
Its $15 flat delivery within the radius. However, please email us if you are outside the listed postcodes & we will try to get it to you. May incur additional charges.


How long will my prepared meal box contents last?
Our meals are prepared as close as possible to delivery day and you will receive the contents chilled, not frozen in our well insulated boxes.

For optimal enjoyment, we suggest items be refrigerated within 3 hours of receiving your box & the meals consumed within 48 hours.


What if I have any specific dietary requirements or allergens? 
Our meals are prepared as close as possible to delivery day with no preservatives or additives. Our Dining At Home boxes come as they are and it may be difficult for us to accommodate dietary requests.

For dietary or allergen queries, please feel free to contact us & we would be happy to guide you on this.

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen environment that contains eggs, fish & various seafood, dairy, nuts, sesame, gluten, lupin and sulphites. Though best practices are used in preparing meals, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens.

How about Refunds and Returns?
For refunds or returns on your food box purchase, for health and safety reasons under no circumstances are these able to be processed. If the product you have ordered has been supplied incorrectly, under the discretion of the Dining At Home manager an appropriate solution will be granted.

All our restaurants practice the highest standards of cleanliness & food handling at all times.

The health and well-being of our customers, staff and wellbeing of the surrounding community are our utmost priority.

Taking into account COVID-19, a heightened set of cleaning procedures has been implemented to our already existing routine. We have a fully detailed COVID 19 response plan which is aligned with the advice provided by NSW Health, Australian Government Department of Health, NSW Safe Work and the World Health Organisation (WHO). Our staff & venues all exercise the safety measures, hygiene standards and social distancing rules outlined in the response plan.

These guidelines apply equally to our in-house dining, take away and home delivery options.
