Start with twice baked truffle brie souffle served with fresh baked sourdough with garlic thyme butter. For main course impress your guests with our signature beef wellington – a tender beef fillet, wrapped in chicken liver pate, mushroom duxelle and a buttery puff pastry, served with red wine jus, creamy pomme puree and honey roasted carrots. For a sweet finish enjoy our sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce.
